PISCONERI TRADING TERMS ARE EITHER:
Cash on Delivery (COD), 7,14 or 30 day accounts. A merchant fee will be applied for account payments made with VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX. There is no fee for same day COD payments, cheque, Cash or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

ORDERING / DELIVERY
Please ensure your orders are placed a minimum of 24 hours (1 business day) before the expected delivery time. Not all suburbs are serviced daily, contact reception for delivery runs and times. Urgent or same day delivery can be made at customer expense by courier. Please note, the minimum order for free delivery until 30 June 2024 is $250. Orders under $250 in the Perth metropolitan area are subject to a service fee. (From July 1 2024, the minimum order for free delivery will be $300) Please ensure when phoning, emailing or faxing your orders that you clearly write the QUANTITY, SIZE, BRAND and TYPE of product desired.
PRICING
All pricing expressed is as ‘UNIT PRICE WHEN SOLD BY THE CASE’. unless specifically indicated. Products purchased as less than a case attract a higher price. 29% Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) will be applied to all wine and wine based products and 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice however all attempts will be made to give timely notification of price movements where possible.
OUT OF STOCK
As many products are seasonal or sometimes in short supply we will endeavour to substitute or source alternative products at a similar or equal price. However please note some products may periodically be sold out.
CREDITS / CLAIMS
The purchase invoice number must be supplied within 48 hours of delivery for all credit claims. No claims will be honored after this time. Goodwill credits issued outside of these terms will be subject to a 20% re-stock fee. A signed invoice is taken that all goods were received correctly and in good condition. ‘Subject to check’ will not be accepted.
