We have more than 30 specialty flours and yeasts available for your Pizza, Pasta, bread and bakery needs. Our flagship brand is Le 5 Stagione producing some of the finest Type 00, Type 0 and Type 1 flours available.

In addition to our RIO brand Neapolitan Tomatoes we have imported for over 50 years we also stock the Terra Maris brand from Reggio Emilia.

We are delighted to stock the exceptional range of regional origin salts from the masters at Les Terres Blanches. Pure, beautifully presented salts from Marrakech, Morocco, Algarve and Aveiro, Portugal and Sicily, Italy are available. Other origins are available by special order.

Pasta is a simple but fundamental ingredient. In addition to fresh and locally made pastas, we also stock Italian imported brands such as Rummo, Terra Maris and Divella with more than 70 individual shapes and varieties.

Our dedicated Beverage division has a focus on specific Italian varietals and our range includes wines from Veneto, Sicily, Tuscany, Basilicata, Piemonte, Lazio and the Emilia Romagna regions as well as Italian sparkling staples such as Ribolla Gialla, Moscato and Prosecco.

‘Oil ain’t oil’. Having pride of place in our specialty oil range are the oils from Oleificio Perrone, produced in the small Calabrese town of Delianuova. For food service use, select from our bulk olive, Vegetable, Canola, Cottonseed and other blended oils.
