Pisconeri staff have a passion for food and the Italian heritage our company was founded on. Collectively our organisation has over 200 years of food service experience over 4 generations working within the business.
The Pisconeri team maintain close personal relationships with artisan producers throughout the world and locally to ensure a regular supply of scarce and difficult to source ingredients. These relationships are often multi-generational and are a testament to the longevity and growth of the business. Pisconeri buyers now deal with the children and grandchildren of the original suppliers and scour the world for special food requests. This system relies on a network of logistical partners in shipping, aviation, rail and road transportation who assist in safely carrying the caviar, white Alba Truffles or fresh Magpie Goose in perfect condition for special client events.
Our produce is available to be shipped throughout metropolitan and regional Western Australia from any one of our 3 distribution hubs.
The Pisconeri Family are amongst the pioneers of the Western Australian food service industry. Two brothers Nicola and Giuseppe made it their business to bring the best of Italy to Perth. Nicola’s experience had been shaped several years before when he served as a quatermaster during what has come to be referred to as the Italian – Ethiopian war in 1936.
